Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Program Technical Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead to drive the technical delivery of a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementation. This role will serve as the primary technical point of contact between the client, onshore implementation team, and offshore delivery resources, ensuring successful execution across all technical workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and possess strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), integrations, data conversion, reporting, security, and deployment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead for a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS implementation, owning overall technical delivery and execution.
• Provide end-to-end leadership across solution design, integrations, reporting, Fast Formulas, data conversion, environment management, testing, and production deployment.
• Lead technical discussions and advise clients on Oracle Cloud HCM, OCI, OIC, Common Integration Framework (CIF), APIs, middleware, networking, and firewall requirements.
• Manage onshore and offshore technical teams, overseeing technical design reviews, development progress, code quality, defect resolution, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain and track all technical objects, including integrations, reports, Fast Formulas, and conversion components.
• Lead environment planning, provisioning, connectivity, refresh activities, deployment readiness, and release management.
• Drive technical readiness for data validation, integration testing, end-to-end testing, payroll parallel testing, time validation, and UAT cycles.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical assessments supporting client security reviews, including mobile and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution, coordinating with functional teams, offshore resources, and client technical stakeholders.
• Own cutover planning, deployment sequencing, data loads, validation activities, and production readiness.
• Support go-live and stabilization, ensuring seamless transition to operational support teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM technical experience
• Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as Technical Lead
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Common Integration Framework (CIF)
• Expertise in integrations, reporting, Fast Formulas, data conversion, and deployment management
• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM technical workstreams
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing offshore and distributed delivery teams
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and drive technical decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting security assessments for mobile and AI capabilities
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, middleware, networking, and firewall architecture
• Experience supporting Payroll, Time & Labor, and complex HCM testing cycles
• Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable
