Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Principal Engineer I - Oracle Lead in Columbus, OH. You will provide SME expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, guide design and implementation, and mentor junior engineers.

You will coordinate with business partners, developers, and teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions, and support upgrade cycles and incident resolution across IT. A strong leadership background and deep domain knowledge are required.

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM.
Bachelor's degree in related field; Masters/MBA preferred.
Previous leadership experience.
Advanced knowledge of financial services regulatory obligations and governance.

Responsibilities

Provide SME expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM for safe, secure, compliant, reliable solutions.
Lead design reviews and ensure reusable platform solutions across teams.
Build dashboards to provide performance insights for key applications.
Produce final documentation including physical and logical layouts with use-case references.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver effective business systems.
