Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks a Staff Engineer II focused on Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM. The role combines architecture, design leadership, and hands-on engineering to deliver secure, reliable financial systems.

You will collaborate with business partners, developers, and analysts to define solutions, drive architectural decisions, and ensure governance and compliance across projects. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

7+ years of related experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM applications.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Previous leadership experience is preferred.
Experience in Financial Services or Banking industry is preferred.
Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical solution design for Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM projects.
Design reliability practices and recovery procedures.
Develop monitoring metrics for application performance and business alignment.
Create and maintain system architecture and data flow documents.
Collaborate with business partners, developers, and implementation teams to deliver solutions.
Assist with implementation and upgrade, troubleshoot issues with IT teams.
