Job summary
Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks a Principal Engineer I to lead Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM initiatives within our banking systems. You will collaborate with business sponsors, developers, and IT teams to define and deliver robust ERP solutions, mentor junior engineers, and design scalable architectures.
You will also build and review design artifacts, create dashboards for performance insights, and guide the team through implementation and upgrade cycles with strong emphasis on
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Masters/MBA preferred.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional team management.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and banking compliance requirements.
- Experience with SDLC, incident management, and audit collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide SME expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM domains to design safe, secure solutions.
- Lead large, complex design efforts and mentor junior engineers.
- Review plans from junior staff to ensure high-quality designs that scale.
- Build dashboards to deliver performance insights for key bank applications.
- Collaborate with business sponsors, developers, product owners, and IT teams.
- Participate in implementation and upgrade efforts, troubleshooting issues and driving resolution.
