Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Staff Engineer II - Oracle to provide deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM, shaping secure, compliant solutions and leading design responsibilities across projects.

You will work with business partners, developers and analysts to deliver effective business systems, create technical documentation, and mentor teams while coordinating with multiple IT teams in a banking context. This role may require travel and governance oversight.

Qualifications

7+ years of related experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM
Bachelor's degree required
Leadership experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of regulatory and banking compliance obligations
Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple projects with governance patterns

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM to ensure secure, compliant solutions.
Lead design responsibilities and support project tasks and cross-functional collaboration.
Develop presentations and strategic planning for technical solutions.
Create and maintain system architecture, data flow, and technical documents.
Support implementation, upgrades, and issue resolution with IT teams.
