Job summary

Activision Blizzard is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Finance Engineering team. This role partners with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Technology to deliver IT-enabled solutions across Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) Financials and integrated finance applications.

You will lead end-to-end business analysis, govern SOX controls, and collaborate with offshore teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions in a US remote setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with 3+ in a Senior Business Analyst role.
• Strong hands-on Oracle EBS R12 Financial Modules experience.
• Deep understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash and Record‑to‑Report.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with Finance and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate objectives into IT‑enabled solutions.
• Drive end‑to‑end business analysis, define clear system requirements and ensure traceability.
• Act as interface between Business and IT, ensuring clear documentation and aligned expectations.
• Own design, testing, and rollout across Oracle E‑Business Suite and bespoke solutions.
