Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Business Analyst III to support Oracle CC&B, C2M, and meter-to-cash processes in San Ramon, CA, with some remote flexibility. You will translate complex business requirements into detailed specifications and collaborate with IT and vendor teams to deliver solutions.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, stakeholder communication, and the ability to navigate enterprise systems across Billing Modernization projects. Occasional travel to business locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5–8 years of experience or equivalent
• 7 years CC&B experience, or similar Oracle platform (e.g., C2M)
• Strong networking with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for solving problems
• Excellent documentation, writing, organization, and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with SQL scripting and usage
• Able to read and create technical documentation
• Excellent organization skills and adaptability in a fast-changing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of project functionality
• Collaborate on development of functional solutions with business clients and vendor implementers
• Communicate IT processes to business clients and vendor partners
• Demonstrates expertise as a project or initiative authority
• Analyze end-to-end complex business processes and information needs
• Define and document business requirements for complex projects
• Evaluate and document alternatives for effective IT solutions
• Provide expert IT consulting to identify and satisfy business needs
• Create and review design and technical specification documents
• Understand current and future business environment to meet needs
• Serve as a key technical resource within area of specialization
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Oracle CC&B and related applications
• Coordinate analysis/requirements for multiple projects
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries
• Mentor Associate and Career-level team members
• Contribute to business cases for complex IT projects
