Job summary

Akamai is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive end-to-end business analysis for Oracle Billing & Accounts Receivable. You will partner with stakeholders across billing management, coordinate with Engineering, QA, UX, and Operations, and own requirements from ideation through delivery.

You will bring 5+ years of IT-leaning analyst experience, with Oracle AR (R12/Fusion Cloud) expertise, and a strong SDLC/Agile background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst or similar role, ideally in IT.
• Experience with Oracle Accounts Receivables platforms (R12 / Fusion Cloud).
• Extensive knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams with prioritization.
• Strong presentation, analysis and reporting skills using MS/Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs and goals related to billing management systems.
• Analyzing existing systems and identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Creating detailed requirements documentation including user stories, flows, and functional specs.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of roadmap items.
• Supporting UAT by developing test cases and coordinating testing efforts.
• Ensuring quality delivery and production support through hypercare.
• Completing project reviews and documenting lessons learned for future improvements.
• Adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment and learning new processes and technologies.
