Job summary

Akamai is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own end-to-end business analysis for Oracle Billing and Accounts Receivable in a US remote setting.

You will collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX, and Operations to drive SDLC and Agile projects, document requirements, and support UAT and production hypercare.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in CS or IS, 5+ years in a similar role, and hands-on experience with Oracle Receivables (R12/Fusion Cloud).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or information systems.
• 5+ years as Sr. Business Systems Analyst or similar (IT preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Accounts Receivables (R12 / Fusion Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand billing processes and goals.
• Own end-to-end business analysis and requirements documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, UX, and Operations to deliver roadmap items.
• Support UAT and production hypercare after go-live.
