Job summary

Akamai Technologies in the United States seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive end-to-end business analysis across billing and receivables, coordinating with engineering, QA, UX, and operations to deliver roadmap items.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to document detailed requirements, support UAT, ensure production readiness, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while leveraging SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with Oracle Accounts Receivables (R12 / Fusion Cloud).
• Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams with strong prioritization.
• Demonstrated skills in presenting and articulating program value using MS/Google tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and goals for billing management systems.
• Analyze existing systems to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancements.
• Create detailed requirements documentation including user stories, flows, and functional specs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, UX, and Operations to deliver roadmap items.
• Support UAT by developing test cases and coordinating testing efforts.
• Ensure quality delivery and production support through hypercare and post-release reviews.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and learn new processes and technologies.
