Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Oracle APEX Developer to support a broad range of IT services, including application support, infrastructure, service desk, and security. The role emphasizes customer-focused, self-starting delivery with strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of Oracle experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance. Government contracting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience; equivalent with certifications considered.
• U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain public trust clearance.
• Experience with full lifecycle development of Oracle Applications incl. APEX.
• Experience with Oracle IDEs; JQuery/JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
• Experience with PL/SQL, Java, PowerShell; Unix scripting.
• Experience with unstructured data (BLOB/CLOB/JSON/XMLType).
• Excellent communication and teamwork; Agile experience.
• Gov contracting exposure, DOJ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle development of Oracle Applications via APEX.
• Create dynamic reports within Oracle APEX and BI Publisher templates.
• Utilize Oracle IDEs such as Quest Toad and SQL Developer.
• Implement dynamic web content with JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Translate requirements into technical actions for delivery.
• Collaborate with PM and teams to meet mission needs.
