Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Oracle APEX Developer to support a broad IT services portfolio, including enterprise infrastructure, service desk, and security compliance for government customers. The role emphasizes customer-focused delivery and proactive stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate has extensive Oracle APEX experience, strong PL/SQL and IDE skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision while communicating effectively with mission owners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience; consideration for equivalent experience.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance.
Experience with Oracle Applications lifecycle and APEX toolset.
Experience with Oracle IDEs such as Quest Toad and SQL Developer.

Responsibilities

Support full lifecycle development of Oracle Applications using APEX.
Develop dynamic web content with JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
Create and modify dynamic Oracle reports and BI templates.
Provide PL/SQL, Java, and scripting support across environments.
