Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Oracle APEX Developer to support a wide range of IT services. The role focuses on developing Oracle Applications using APEX, tuning and reporting, and enterprise integration.

Strong communication and self-starting ability are essential for customer-facing success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle APEX, Oracle DB objects, and scripting across PL/SQL, Java, PowerShell, and Unix shells, with a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience; HS diploma with more years or certs considered in lieu of degree.
• U.S. Citizen status required and ability to obtain public trust clearance.
• Experience with secure network programming in Oracle environments and happy path for Oracle APEX lifecycle.
• Experience with full lifecycle development of Oracle Applications.
• Experience with Oracle IDEs such as Quest TOAD and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Experience with JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Experience with PL/SQL, Java, Windows PowerShell, Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with unstructured data (BLOBs, CLOBs, JSON, XMLType) in Oracle environments.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle development of custom Oracle Applications using Oracle APEX.
• Perform advanced use of Oracle APEX and related IDEs.
• Develop dynamic web content with JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Create dynamic reports and interface with Oracle database objects.
• Automate processes with PL/SQL, Java, PowerShell, and shell scripts.
