CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Oracle APEX Developer to support a wide range of IT services, including application support, infrastructure support, service desk, ITSM, and more. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience or equivalent
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance
• Experience with secure network programming in Oracle
• Experience with full lifecycle development of Oracle Applications
• Experience with Oracle IDEs (TOAD, SQL Developer)
• Experience with JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
• Experience with PL/SQL, Java, Windows PowerShell, Unix shell scripting
• Experience with unstructured data (BLOBs, CLOBs, JSON, XMLType) in Oracle
• Experience with BI Publisher templates and web services
• Ability to write and maintain system documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork; Agile and customer-facing
• Government contracting experience and DOJ clearance would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle development of Oracle Applications using APEX
• Use Oracle IDEs such as TOAD and SQL Developer
• Design dynamic web content with JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
• Create dynamic reports within Oracle APEX and manage Oracle Database objects
• Provide PL/SQL, Java, PowerShell and Unix scripting support
• Handle storage, retrieval, and manipulation of unstructured data in Oracle
• Integrate BI Publisher templates and web services
• Deliver enterprise-level workflow-centric applications
• Automate business processes with logical functions and algorithms
• Ensure clear system documentation and seamless customer interface
