Job summary

Established Search Ltd in Portland, Oregon is seeking an Optical Territory Manager to lead and grow the eye care business within the assigned territory. You will manage an established customer base and build long-term relationships with Eye Care Professionals, including Optometrists, Ophthalmologists and Opticians.

Using a consultative selling approach, you will identify opportunities to increase revenue, hit quarterly targets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field-based B2B sales experience or optical retail experience with targets.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and developing accounts.
• Experience using CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of customer accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with Eye Care Professionals and key decision-makers across the territory.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets through account management, consultative selling and new business development.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling and new products/services.
• Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to maximise sales performance.
