Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs any necessary processes and safety checks as directed to produce quality prescription eyewear in accordance with work instructions.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Identifies quality, process and workflow problems.
• Works at Technician levels (Associate, Production and Senior) within surface, coating, and/or bench, as needed.
• Adheres to and motivates others to follow the work instructions.
