• Performs processes and safety checks to produce quality prescription eyewear per work instructions.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Identifies quality, process and workflow problems.
• Works at Technician levels (Associate, Production and Senior) as needed across surface, coating, and/or bench.
• Adheres to and motivates others to follow work instructions.
• Proactively informs Supervisor of recurring issues and supports safety requirements.
