Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a fast‑paced leadership development program. You will travel extensively to plasma centers nationwide while developing the skills to advance to a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program includes six months of expedited training, followed by twelve months to qualify for a Plasma Center Manager position. Relocation is expected after program completion to select BioLife locations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program and choose preferred location.
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program and ability to work various BioLife locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead through an accelerated leadership development program.
• Manage and mentor team members, participate in staff planning and recruiting.
• Support operations across BioLife plasma centers and open brand new locations in the future.
