BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to develop leadership capabilities while supporting plasma center operations nationwide. The program travels up to 95% and relocates you to BioLife locations after the training.

You’ll complete a six‑month accelerated training, then have 12 months to attain Plasma Center Manager, with mentorship and cross‑center experiences to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to hold a valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.
• Willingness to relocate to BioLife locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• The six‑month accelerated training program; after completion, 12 months to obtain Plasma Center Manager.
• Provide leadership to a team, conduct performance reviews and support staff development.
• Engage with senior management and network across BioLife centers.
• Support operations, training, problem‑solving, and cross‑center collaboration.
• Retain donors by ensuring exceptional donor experience and contributing to production as needed.
• Travel across the country to learn and network with BioLife team members.
