Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join an accelerated leadership program spanning BioLife centers nationwide. You will gain hands-on experience, rotate through facilities, and mentor teams while preparing for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, leadership development, and exposure to senior leaders. Relocation and extensive travel are required as you progress toward leading new plasma centers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate and travel for Trainee Program across BioLife locations.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to travel up to 90-100% during the program.
• Experience working in a regulated or high-volume environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an expedited six-month training program.
• Develop leadership and operational skills for Plasma Center management.
• Network with senior leaders and mentors across BioLife centers.
• Provide operational support and drive team performance.
• Deliver exceptional donor service and assist with production as needed.
• Travel across the country and return home every other weekend.
