Formación

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Willingness to relocate and work at BioLife locations nationwide.
• Must be able to stand/walk during shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife centers.
• Lead and develop a diverse team and conduct performance reviews.
• Support operations at high-volume plasma centers and ensure donor service.
• Travel extensively to learn and network with BioLife leaders.
