BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a leading development program that moves you through BioLife plasma centers nationwide. You will travel up to 95% during the Trainee Program and, upon completion, relocate to a BioLife location to assume a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

You will receive mentorship, hands-on experience, and a structured learning plan designed to prepare you for accelerated career growth across BioLife centers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

• Drive the six-month expedited training program and mentorship.
• Cultivate a positive environment and manage a diverse team.
• Support staff planning, recruiting, and performance reviews.
