Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to relocate nationwide after training and program completion.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license for duration of program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams within high‑volume plasma collection facilities.
• Participate in an expedited leadership development program with mentorship.
• Move toward Plasma Center Operations Manager through networking and cross‑location exposure.
• Support operations and management training while progressing through the program.
• Contribute to a positive donor experience and maintain high service standards.
• Travel within the country to learn and network with BioLife teams.
