Qualifications

• Leads medium to large teams and manages performance.
• Willing to relocate and travel up to 90–100% during trainee program.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license for the program duration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an accelerated leadership development program.
• Relocate to BioLife centers across the country after training.
• Assist with staff planning, recruiting, and retention.
• Provide operational support and mentorship to center teams.
• Support donors and store operations while learning center management.
