Qualifications

• 7+ years recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience filling multiple roles with tight deadlines.
• Partner with senior leaders and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and CRM/ATS.
• Customer-service mindset with excellent communication.
• Data-driven recruiting with ability to report pipeline metrics.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Inclusive, scalable recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for Operations including Supply Chain and IT.
• Manage high-volume pipelines across multiple sites.
• Define role requirements and hiring strategies with managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies including military and early career pipelines.
• Own the candidate experience reflecting CoreWeave values.
• Use data to track progress and optimize funnel; report metrics.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Compensation, Onboarding for smooth handoffs.
• Support hiring in domestic and international markets (EMEA/Canada a plus).
