CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will recruit for technical and operational roles across Supply Chain and IT, partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs and cross-functional leaders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and high-touch recruitment for niche and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience filling multiple concurrent roles with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting for Operations org, including Supply Chain, IT and other niche, hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage high-volume pipelines across multiple sites with strong candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies including military, early career, and local pipelines.
• Own the candidate experience to reflect CoreWeave's culture.
• Use data and analytics to track progress and optimize funnel performance.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Compensation, and Onboarding for seamless offers.
• Support hiring across domestic and international markets (EMEA/Canada a plus).
