CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will recruit for technical and operational roles across Supply Chain and IT, partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional leaders to deliver a white-glove candidate experience.

This role thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on diverse, scalable recruiting processes and leadership-level hires across domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting for Operations, including Supply Chain and IT and other niche, hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage high-volume pipelines across multiple sites with consistent candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Develop sourcing strategies including military, early career, and local talent pipelines.
• Own the candidate experience and reflect CoreWeave’s values in every interaction.
• Use data to track progress, optimize funnel performance, and report metrics.
