CoreWeave in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead technical and operational hiring across Supply Chain and IT, partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs to deliver outstanding candidate experiences.

This fast-growth role requires building diverse, scalable processes, managing high-volume pipelines, and aligning recruiting strategies with business priorities across domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Experience filling multiple senior-level roles simultaneously.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and manage expectations.
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and CRM/ATS.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting for Operations org, including Supply Chain, IT and senior level positions.
• Manage high-volume pipelines across multiple sites with strong candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies including military, early career, and local talent pipelines.
• Own the candidate experience reflecting CoreWeave values and culture.
• Use data to track progress, optimize funnel performance, and report metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Compensation, and Onboarding for smooth handoffs from offer to start date.
• Support hiring across domestic and international markets (EMEA or Canada a plus).
