Job summary

Nexys, LLC is hiring a Senior Operations Lead & Product Expert to own how lenders start on Nexys and how they scale once live. You will drive implementation, enablement, and ongoing support, with a front‑line role in demos and cross‑functional collaboration.

This is a senior, player‑coach position on our growing operations team. You will guide end-to-end workflows, train staff, and build scalable processes that ensure lenders originate faster and stay certified as the platform evolves and

Qualifications

• You know loans: private lending, hard money, or investor real estate finance.
• You are technical: comfortable with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and can read payloads.
• You are AI first: you use AI in daily work and understand its limits.
• You are a self starter: startup pace, autonomous, build and ship.
• You can teach: clear writing and patient explanations.

Responsibilities

• Lead lender implementations end to end and own timeline and outcomes.
• Build formal training with guides, videos, curricula, and certification for staff.
• Own and scale support operations, triage and feedback loop to product.
• Collaborate on product demos with sales and explain complex loan workflows.
