Responsibilities

• Embed with business teams to map workflows and surface automation opportunities.
• Translate institutional knowledge into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own cross-functional intake and prioritization for new tool requests.
• Produce shovel-ready specifications for engineering or AI-built solutions.
• Bridge non-technical teams and Nexamp's tech organization for safe tool adoption.
