Job summary

Nexus One is seeking a delivery and technical operations owner responsible for ensuring NX1 delivers for a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will translate customer problems into NX1 requirements and drive the solution through design to ground.

This role focuses on delivery program setup, governance, and executive-facing outcomes. You will own the engagement roadmap, success metrics, and the margin, coordinating with engineers and architects to land the solution.

Qualifications

5–8 years in a customer-facing solution delivery, consulting, or forward-deployed role.
Operationally rigorous and outcome-focused delivery.
Owned a customer outcome end-to-end at an enterprise account.
Clear, precise cross-level communication.

Responsibilities

Stand up and run the delivery program for a new engagement with roadmap, milestones, dependencies, governance, and cadence.
Lead weekly operating rhythm: internal stand-ups, customer syncs, exec readouts, escalation reviews.
Own documentation surface for each engagement: program plan, RAID, runbooks, roadmap view.
Translate customer requirements into engineering reality, surfacing trade-offs and scope.
Maintain customer health signals and drive renewal/expansion in collaboration with Sales.
Define engagement playbook and reusable artifacts for future engagements.
