Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS).
• Strong development experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQL.
• Experience with Visual Studio 2022 or later and Microsoft web-based development tools.
• Familiarity with RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) platform.
• Analyze business requirements and design efficient, scalable solutions using engineering expertise and AI-assisted tools.
• Configure NLS modules, including workflows, personalization, and custom functionality.
• Design and implement loan templates, UDFs, and business rule logic.
• Develop, test, and deploy enhancements with AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and quality.
• Troubleshoot system issues using data analysis and intelligent tooling to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and improve processes.
• Participate in design reviews and agile ceremonies to improve development practices.
• Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance and reporting.
