Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of planning, directing, and managing IT/ops projects with multi-site delivery.
• Experience with federal contracts, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Active secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet SLAs.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance baselines; budget and forecast.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities for operations.
• Manage subcontractor performance, onboarding, tracking, and escalation.
• Implement standardized processes aligned with CMMI 3 and Agile.
• Monitor risks; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and present operational reports and dashboards.
• Provide people leadership for dispersed team and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security and client governance.
