Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk/stand for entire shift and lift up to 32 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six-month expedited training, then 12 months to reach managerial role.
• Team Management: lead and develop a diverse team, conduct reviews, participate in staffing.
