Qualifications

• Relocation required after graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across plasma centers; manage staff performance.
• Drive learning and development during the six-month accelerated training program.
• Support and mentor employees; participate in staffing and recruitment efforts.
• Progress through the program to become Plasma Center Operations Manager and help open new centers.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional donor service.
