Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• Ability to travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in the advanced leadership development program.
• Lead and develop teams across BioLife plasma centers.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager and relocate as needed.
• Provide operational support and mentorship to staff.
• Travel across the country to learn and network with leaders.
