Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, offers an exciting Senior Operations Management Trainee program designed to fast-track leadership across plasma centers nationwide. You will travel extensively, develop the skills to manage high-volume facilities, and advance toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/trainee program.
• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced plasma center environment.
• Coordinate staff planning, recruiting, and retention activities.
• Provide employee feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Drive learning plans and mentorship for program participants.
• Support senior management with operational initiatives.
• Travel to multiple BioLife locations to gain center-specific experience.
• Contribute to achieving high-quality donor experiences and center performance.
