Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, invites experienced leaders to join a Senior Operations Management Trainee program. You will rotate through BioLife plasma centers nationwide, travel up to 95% of the time, and build leadership capabilities to advance into Plasma Center Operations Manager roles.

The accelerated six‑month training is followed by a 12‑month window to qualify for a Plasma Center Manager position.

Qualifications

• Lead 20+ direct reports with 3–4 years experience.
• Willing to relocate and travel up to 90–100% during the Trainee Program.
• Able to stand/walk for full shift; lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the program duration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an accelerated leadership development program across BioLife centers.
• Develop team management and mentorship capabilities.
• Advance toward Plasma Center Operations Manager through networking and experience.
