Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a structured leadership program. You will travel extensively to plasma centers, develop staff, and prepare for accelerated advancement to Plasma Center Operations Manager.

The program includes six months of training and up to a year to qualify for management roles, with relocation and a diverse, regulated, fast-paced environment across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• Ability to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Six-month expedited training program followed by 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position.
• Lead a team, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support staff development.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager and expansion to new centers.
• Work in a fast-paced, team environment; provide operational support and leadership development.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with production as needed.
• Travel to BioLife locations nationwide and network with leadership.
