Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee for its accelerated leadership program. You will rotate through plasma centers nationwide, leading teams and building operational expertise under experienced mentors.

The six-month training is followed by a year to secure a Plasma Center Manager role, with relocation after graduation and heavy travel during the trainee period to accelerate career growth.

Qualifications

• Relocation required after graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams at high-volume plasma centers.
• Support and mentor staff through training and performance reviews.
• Engage with senior management and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SOPs and regulations.
