Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee for its leadership development track. The program moves you through BioLife plasma centers nationwide, with up to 95% travel and relocation to a future Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to fast-paced, high‑volume environments across locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear
