Responsibilities

• Lead daily Green Mill and Ring Furnace operations to meet safety, production, quality, cost and customer requirements.
• Build a strong safety culture through field leadership, walkthroughs, hazard identification and accountability.
• Coach six frontline supervisors and strengthen communication, teamwork and engagement.
• Plan staffing, overtime, equipment, materials and resources across multiple shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring, audits, gaps, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Maintenance and Engineering to prioritize repairs and coordinate preventive maintenance.
