As Green Mill / Ring Furnace Superintendent at Warrick Operations, you will shape a safer, more accountable, and higher-performing workplace by setting clear expectations, developing leaders, and guiding teams through the day-to-day demands of Carbon operations. **About the Role** You will lead the daily operations of the Green Mill and Ring Furnace, with responsibility for safety, production, quality, cost, reliability, and employee engagement. You will provide direction and development to six supervisors and the hourly workforce, partner closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and other support teams, and maintain visible leadership across shifts.
