FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES is seeking an OPS ACCOUNTANT IV in Tallahassee to handle accounting operations for invoicing and procurement. The position involves pre-audit of invoice payments, reviewing GAAP and Florida statutes, and final approval for the Purchasing Card Program (WORKS).

Candidates must have a high school diploma with 4 years of accounting experience or a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-audit of invoice payments and ensure adherence to GAAP and Florida Statutes.
• Audit, approve, and process Purchasing Card (WORKS) charges with proper documentation and account codes.
• Prepare and analyze daily reports for the PCard WORKS program.
• Perform other related duties as required.
