Job summary

The Farmer’s Dog in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Operations Strategy and Project Manager to own high-priority Ops initiatives and drive them to completion. You will partner across Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment, Technical Operations, Commercialization, Nutrition, and FP&A to scope, pressure-test feasibility, and hold timelines—leading launches through Ops.

A highly analytical, autonomous leader with strong data-driven decision making is a fit; reports to the Senior Manager, Operations

Qualifications

• BS degree in Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end across the network.
• Lead new product initiatives through Ops and manage readiness.
• Analyze performance data to surface insights and drive improvements.
• Create executive-level presentations on progress and risks.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality.
