Job summary

The Farmer's Dog is seeking a Senior Manager of IT to own the IT roadmap, lead a hands-on, high-performing IT team, and drive engineered solutions across the company. You will partner with Finance, Humans, Engineering, Facilities, and Customer Care to enable scalable operations and superior employee experiences.

You will be a hands-on technical leader, comfortable building automations, managing enterprise tooling, and guiding IT strategy in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment in NYC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading IT teams and initiatives.
• Experience building automations and integrations across SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to partner with multiple business functions from IT.
• Hands-on engineering mindset with ability to code or review scripts.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT strategy, administration, and tool deployments across Finance, Humans, Engineering, Facilities, and Customer Care.
• Own IT roadmap and report progress cross-functionally for a scaling business.
• Mentor and grow IT team members, setting goals and development plans.
• Shift IT from reactive support to engineered solutions with automation and API integrations.
