Job summary

The Farmer’s Dog, Inc. in New York, NY seeks a Senior Operations Strategy and Project Manager to own high-priority initiatives on the Ops roadmap and drive them to completion.

You will lead cross-functional projects with discipline and apply data-driven decision making to improve efficiency and margin. You’ll partner across Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment, Technical Operations, Commercialization, Nutrition, Innovation, Marketing, Growth, and FP&A to define scope, feasibility, and

Qualifications

• BS degree in Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end across the network, including product introductions, cost and capacity optimization, and process improvements.
• Lead new product initiatives through Ops, coordinating with Commercialization, R&D, and Technical Ops for readiness and launch.
• Assess and mitigate operational risk across the portfolio and build contingency plans.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with budget and quality controls.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and influence outcomes across Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment, Technical Ops, Commercialization, Nutrition, Innovation, Growth, and FP&A.
• Improve gross margin by aligning with FP&A on procurement and network initiatives.
• Analyze performance data to surface insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Create executive-level presentations to communicate progress, risks, and recommendations.
