Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Operations Recruiter to attract and hire top talent for Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing teams across the United States. The role partners with hiring managers and the People team to deliver a high-quality recruiting experience and manage full-cycle hiring for key positions.

This remote role offers collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, structured sourcing strategies, and a pathway to grow with a mission-driven robotics company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with 2+ years in-house.
• Experience recruiting for Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing roles.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Authorization to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage high-quality technical talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with recruiters, coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive hiring priorities.
• Contribute to recruiting process improvements, documentation, and team initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability.
