Job description

• Support project or testing activities in an operations department or Line of Business
• Research and document organizational reviews
• Conduct workflow analysis, data preparation, and event triggering
• Create test plans and test scripts and stage data for pipeline and production testing
• Execute scripts, pull testing output, and compare results with templates and requirements
• Open defects, update statuses, and lead defect resolution through retesting
• Provide post-production testing and monitoring support
• Coordinate with business partners and stakeholders to deliver expected outcomes
• Assess and prioritize business needs and requirements
• Coordinate project tasks, track deliverables and statuses, measure progress, and elevate roadblocks
• Analyze processes, operations, procedures, and workflows to identify pain points and develop improvement solutions
• Build business cases for improvement recommendations and drive implementation
• Administer change-related activities, reporting, and testing for medium to large projects
• Communicate project plans, risks, issues, scope, assumptions, gap analyses, requirements, and test plans to business owners and stakeholders

Requirements

• Analytical skills to research and solve business problems through requirements and testing
• Accountability for defect management and resolution through the project lifecycle
• Ability to create detailed test plans and test scripts
• Ability to stage data for pipeline and production testing
• Ability to communicate changes to stakeholders through written communication or live presentations
• Knowledge of Jira and creation of Epics and Stories
• SAFE certification desired
• PO/PM experience or familiarity with agile methodology desired
• Knowledge of Private Bank platforms/systems desired
• Prior project or leadership skills desired
• High School Diploma, GED, Secondary School, or equivalent
• Weekend availability for testing during project release weekends
• Ability to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy if selected
