Job summary

U.S. Bank's East Region Affluent Wealth Management seeks a seasoned project management professional to act as a trusted partner to regional executives and business leaders.

You will lead cross-functional programs from initiation to implementation and craft executive-level reports detailing progress, risks, and recommended actions. You will identify improvement opportunities, drive change, and develop governance materials while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Experience creating executive communications and performance reporting.
• Ability to present to leadership audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to East Region Executive and business line leaders.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop executive-level reporting and presentations covering project progress, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency and client and employee experience enhancements.
• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and track accountability.
• Analyze business performance data, trends, and KPIs to support strategic decision‑making.
• Support organizational change initiatives through communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and adoption monitoring.
• Create and maintain project plans, dashboards, process documentation, and governance materials.
• Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and barriers and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and business line partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically three to five years of related experience
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and data visualization/reporting tools
• Experience creating executive communications, presentations, and business performance reporting
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, process improvement, change management, or organizational transformation efforts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership audiences
• Ability to work independently with limited direction while managing competing priorities
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
